I believe in an individualized approach of healthcare that takes in consideration all aspects of human wellbeing. Providing one-to-one consultation, I will address your nutritional concerns by providing an individualized diet plan, elimination/reintroduction diet, nutrition shopping list, recipes, cooking tips, and recommendations in nutrition supplementation. Over 19 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Specialist in Central Texas. Bringing more than 35 years of total healthcare experience counting that I previously worked in Brazil as a surgical nurse.
